HOW DO I PAY RENT?

We accept checks or wire transfers. We also offer ACH payments (Auto-Pay). Auto-Pay allows for your rent to be automatically debited from your account on the 1st day of every month. (Unless the 1st falls on a holiday or weekend, in which case, it would be debited on the next business day.)

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?

  • Payments are credited as of the date of receipt, regardless of postmarked date

  • Payments received outside of normal business hours (8am to 5pm M-F) will be processed and credited on the next available business day

  • Please consult your lease agreement for information regarding applicable grace periods 
     

 

I HAVE A CONCERN REGARDING MY TENANCY; WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have an issue or concern, please notify us by using the Tenant Inquiry form so that management may properly address the matter. You may also contact the coporate office at (503) 675-4596.

WHEN SHOULD I REPORT A MAINTENANCE ISSUE?

Maintenance issues need to be reported immediately to minimize future property damages. Failure to report a maintenance issue may result in monetary charges deducted from tenant security deposit. To submit a non-emergency maintenance request, click here.

NOTIFICATIONS FROM MANAGEMENT

Management uses a bulk e-mail system to notify tenants of property or maintenance announcements. An example of these types of notifications are below. Tenants also receive automated notifications regarding lease expiration, scheduled rent adjustment, tenant insurance expiration, and late payments.
